% 06.09.2021 This appeal is listed today before this Court on the basis of an Office Note dated September 03, 2021. It is the observation of the Registry that in the order dated August 18, 2021 reference to the property has been made as House No.37, Second Floor, Block - S, Gali No.12, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi- 110032 whereas in the memo of parties the address of the property is depicted as House No.37, Second Floor, Block - F, Gali No.12, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi-110032.
Learned counsel for the appellant also confirms that it is Block - F not Block - S. Henceforth, the order passed on August 18, 2021 shall be read as under:
"Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on November 24, 2021.
Parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the title and possession of the property being House No.37, 2nd floor, Block-F, Gali No. 12, Eaxmi Nagar, Delhi, till the next date of hearing."
