For issue of Smart Optical Card, infrastructure for setting up the complete on line system with full connectivity, UPS and site preparation and such other expenses i.e stationery, electricity will also be required. For this purpose, alongwith the purposes specified in para 2 above, the Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi is require to charge an additional amount of Rs. 170/- for Part 'B' of the Registration Certificate in Smart Optical Card. Thus, the total amount for the Registration Certificate in Smart Optical Card would then, be 200+170= Rs.370/- per card per vehicle.
