PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, Directing the 3rd respondent herein to
sanction the Education loan forthwith to the petitioners daughter based on
the application dated 15.02.2016 under the scheme of the first respondent
framed vide RPCD/ PLNFS/ BC.no.83/ 06.12.2005/2000-01 dated

ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner’s daughter based on the application dated 20.02.2016.
2. The loan application submitted in the year 2016 cannot be considered at this length of time, as the daughter of the petitioner would have completed the course itself. Thus, no further consideration is required and the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
