42. Budget.
- The Authority shall, on or before 31st day of October every year prepare in such form as may be prescribed by the rules an annual budget estimate in respect of the ensuing financial year of the estimated income and expenditure of the Authority including those at district and mandal level and shall submit it to the Government for approval and inclusion in the State budget.
