7. Determination of Vacancies and notifying the same to the Commission.
- In every calendar year, with reference to the 1st day of April, the Government shall determine the number of vacancies to be filled up in that year by direct requirement and by promotion, and the vacancies, so determined, shall be sent to the Commission.Chapter-3 Direct Recruitment
