Only grievance in this petition is that the petitioner is unable to pay the amount of Rs.14 lacs with interest as statutory condition for hearing of the appeal.
Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct that appeal of the petitioner be heard on merits if a sum of Rs.10 lacs is deposited within two months from today.
