1. By an order dated 10th March 2022, parties were directed to furnish a chart indicating basic averments in the plaint, written statement and effect of amendment by the impugned order.
2. Today, Mr. Pranav Narsaria, learned Advocate for Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 9233 of 2021 and Writ Petition No. 354 of 2022 tenders a Chart containing the aforesaid details. The Charts are taken on record and marked "X" and "Y" respectively for identification.
3. Mr. Narsaria, learned Counsel also submits that he is lead by Mr. Kamat in the matter and seeks some accommodation. He also requests that the matter be heard finally at the stage of admission on 21st July 2022.
