Section 19(1) in Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority Act, 2018
(1)The Government may, if deemed necessary, constitute a village level committee to be called _________ (name of village) Pond and Waste Water Management Committee to carry out the objects of this Act. The committee shall be headed by the Sarpanch and shall consist of village level workers i.e. members from Village Water and Sanitation Committee (VWSC), Asha worker, member of self-help group, Swachhta Doot, representative of farmers to be benefitted and other volunteer social worker from village, as deemed fit.
