Section 18(1) in The Orissa State Transport Appellate Tribunal Rules, 1993
(1)Any party to any proceeding before the Tribunal may apply to the Secretary for the inspection of any documents, or for a certified copy of any document and the orders of the Tribunal and orders of the original authority.
