Section 31(1) in The Pepsu Townships Development Board Act, 1954
(1)The Board shall furnish to the State Government at such time and in such form and manner as may be prescribed or as the State Government may direct, such returns and statements and such particulars in regard to any proposed or existing scheme as the State Government may, from time to time, require.
