Section 75(2) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984
(2)The Registrar or his nominee or the board of nominee shall record in English or in Hindi the evidence of the parties to the dispute and witnesses who attend; and upon the evidence so recorded, and upon consideration of any documentary evidence produced by either party, a decision in writing shall be given. Such decision shall be pronounced either at once or on some future date on which due notice shall be given to the parties.
