Section 20(1)(a) in Jammu and Kashmir Specified Wakafs and Specified Wakaf Properties (Management and Regulation) Act, 2004

(a)performing any religious practices and ceremonies prior to the commencement of the Act, in respect of any Wakaf or Trust covered under section 3, may continue to do so; or
