Section 112(1) in Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976
(1)A Board may by a notice affixed or exhibited in a conspicuous place in a slum improvement area direct that no person shall erect any building in a slum improvement area or carry out any additions or alterations thereto except with its previous permission in writing.
