O R D E R:-
When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that this writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries to the petitioners from the month of October, 2003 onwards and that this Court vide order dated 24.11.2003 was pleased to issue interim direction to pay the salaries from the month of October, 2003 to the petitioners. He further submitted that in view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
