(2)Every resolution delegating the power referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (1) shall specify the total amount [outstanding at any one time] [ Inserted by Act 65 of 1960, Section 98 (w.e.f. 28.12.1960).] up to which moneys may be borrowed by the delegate.
