Section 5(1) in The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Act, 2014

(1)There shall be a Board to be known as the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board as may be constituted under the provisions of this Act, by the State Government:Provided that the existing West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board constituted pursuant to no. 828-Edn (D) dated 02.03.1962 and it's Chairman, members and the employees, shall continue to function as such until a new Board is constituted as per the provisions of this Act.
