Section 39 in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
39. Term of office.
- The members of the Executive Committee shall hold office for one year from the date of their election;Provided that, the term of office of the outgoing members shall be deemed [to extend to and expire with] [Substituted by G.N. No. S.T.B. 1582-208/Med. 10, dated 9.6.1983, M.G.G., part IV-B, page 588.] the day immediately preceding the date on which their successors are elected.
