9. Selection and appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff in private colleges.
(1)All selections and appointments of teaching staff in private colleges shall be made by Selection /Appointment Committee which shall be constituted by the educational agency in the prescribed manner.(2)The academic and other qualifications required for teaching and non-teaching posts shall not be lower than those prescribed for corresponding posts in Government service.
