Section 15(1) in Madhya Pradesh Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2015
(1)of Section 33, the excess amount so paid shall be liable to be refunded and in case of any default or refusal to pay, the said amount shall be recovered as an arrears of land revenue. The procedure for recovery. of such amount shall be followed as prescribed in Chapter XI of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959) and rules made thereunder.
