Section 297(5) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(5)An engineer or expert or agency employed under sub-rule (1) shall be paid such travelling daily allowances and daily allowances as are allowed to him by his organization where he is employed or such travelling allowance as is admissible to officer of the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the Government of Bihar.
