Section 7(1) in The Indian Cost Accounts Service Rules, 2001
(1)Any vacancy arising in any of the grades referred to in Schedule I - Part A after the initial constitution of the Service as provided in rule 6, shall be filled in the manner specified in sub-rule (2).
