Section 17(2) in The Maharashtra Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1971
(2)The Registrar shall keep the register correct as far as possible and may from time to time enter therein any material alteration in address or qualification of the registered practitioners. The name of registered practitioners who die or whose names are directed to be removed from the register under section 20 shall be removed from the register.
