Section 8(3) in The U.P. Government Servant's Conduct Rules, 1956
(3)Nothing in this rule shall apply to-(a)evidence given at any enquiry before an authority appointed by the Government, by the Central Government, by the Legislature of Uttar Pradesh or by Parliament, or(b)evidence given in any judicial enquiry.
