Section 33(2) in The U.P. Harcourt Butler Technical University Act, 2016
(2)It shall consist of the following members -(a)the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairperson;(b)one Dean, nominated by the Executive Council;(c)one Head of the University Departments/Centres/Units, not below the rank of Professor and who is not a Dean nominated for a period of two years by the Academic Council;(d)two experts not below the rank of Professor, co-opted by the Committee, from amongst the Heads of National and State level research institutions and approved by the Executive Council;(e)five persons to represent industry, banks, commerce or professional bodies to be nominated and approved by the Executive Council;(f)the Dean of Incubation Hub who shall be the Member Secretary.
