Section 107A(4) in The Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Rules, 1959
(4)The Committee shall, within fifteen days from the date of receiving any such reference recommend the names of three persons for each office and the appointing authority in making the appointment shall take into consideration the names, if any, so recommended.
