The case projected by the writ petitioner is that he joined as Junior Basic Teacher on ad hoc basis in the month of November, 1983, was appointed as Trained Graduate Teacher on 21.05.1988 and his services came to be regularized alongwith other similarly situated persons on 31.10.1995. It is prayed that the respondents be directed to count the uninterrupted tenure service of about six years, which the writ petitioner has rendered w.e.f. 27.05.1988 to 01.04.1994, for the purpose of annual increment, the Assured Career Progression ::: Downloaded on - 15/04/2017 17:52:45 :::HCHP -: 2 :- Scheme and other service benefits.

2. The respondents have not filed reply. Thus, the .

averments contained in the writ petition have remained unrebutted.

3. In the given circumstances, I deem it proper to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the writ petitioner in light of the averments contained in the writ petition read with the Rules occupying the field and pass consideration order within six weeks.

4. It is also provided that the respondents, while passing the consideration order, shall keep in mind the interim directions, dated 21.12.2011.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith all pending applications.
