Section 15A(1) in Tamil Nadu Public Trusts (Regulation of Administration of Agricultural Lands) Act, 1961
(1)Any person in possession of the land reverting to the public trust under section 7 or sub-section (2) of section 15, shall be deemed to have been evicted and the trustee of the public trust shall take possession of the land immediately.
