(3)Every ballot paper shall, before issue to an elector, be stamped or shall be written on its back with the details-(i)Name and number of the polling station;(ii)Name of the Water Users Association;(iii)Number of Territorial Constituency;(iv)Name of the Taluk;(v)Signature of the Presiding Officer.
