ORDER
Background
1. The RTI Application dated 10.2.12 was filed by the Applicant with the PIO, South Western Railway, Hubli seeking information in connection with the disturbance created by trains Cranes for people living in houses located on the Railway station road in Mandya city, Karnataka where the road passes to the City Railway station, against four points. The PIO replied on 15.2.12 informing the Applicant that the mode of depositing the RTI fee is incorrect and requesting him to send the fees once again . The Applicant filed his first appeal on 21.2.12 . The FAA disposed off the appeal by enclosing the RTI (Regulation of Fee & Cost) Rules 2005. The Applicant thereafter filed his second appeal dated 9.4.12 before the Commission seeking the information once again.
Decision
2. During the hearing the Respondent informed the Commission that the Appellant had later paid the RTI fee in the correct mode after filing the second appeal and that the information was provided to him within the mandatory period and that he was satisfied.
3. Since the information sought by the Appellant has been provided, the case is directed to be closed.
