Section 2(2) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1954
(2)Any reference in this Act to the vesting of an undertaking in the Government shall, in the case referred to in section 6(2)(a), be construed as a reference to the vesting in the Government of the property, rights, liabilities and obligations specified in that section.
