Section 8(8) in Bihar State Electricity Reforms Transfer Scheme, 2012
8.2The proceedings covered under sub-clause 8.1 above shall be continued in the same manner and to the same extent as it would or might have been continued, prosecuted and enforced by or against the Board if the transfers specified in this Scheme had not been made.
