No second and [subsequent release on parole,except release on permanent parole, shall be made unless] [Substituted 'subsequent release on parole shall be made unless' Notification No. G.S.R. 60, dated 24.9.2013 (w.e.f. 23.7.1959).] eleven months have elapsed from the date of the expiry of the period of release on parole immediately preceding.
