Section 2(a) in Patna High Court Officers and Staff (Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 1997
(a)'Board' means any recognised institution, conducting examinations up to intermediate standards or awarding diplomas as may be declared by the Chief Justice to be so recognised for the purpose of these Rules.
