1. These petitions arise out of two separate RCs, i.e., RC No.AC2-2010- A-0003/ACU-II, SPE/CBI/ND which pertains to Index Medical College, Indore whereas the other RC being RC No.006/2010/A0014-SPE/ACB/ Lucknow which pertains to Rohil Khand Medical College, Bareilly.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the facts pertaining to these two matters are distinct and the same should be taken up for consideration separately.
3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners in CRL.M.C. 4442/2015 and CRL.M.C. 4443/2015 submits that he will have the chart prepared and file the same on record to give the clear picture as regards the different categories of matters pending concerning aforesaid two RCs.
4. Let the needful be done before the next date.
5. The Registry is directed to requisition the Trial Court Record in digitised form pertaining to (i) CC No.03/2012 arising out of RC No.AC2- 2010-A-0003/ACU-II, SPE/CBI/ND, titled as "CBI vs. Ambumani Ramadoss & Ors." and, (ii) CC No.03/2014 arising out of RC No.006/2010/A0014-SPE/ACB/ Lucknow, titled as "CBI vs. K.K. Aggarwal & Ors.", pending before the Court learned Special Judge, (PC Act), CBI-01, Patiala House Court, New Delhi.
