31. Rain water harvesting structure.
- Every multi-storeyed/group housing/ institutional/administrative building shall provide one or more rain water harvesting structure. The total dimension of recharging/ percolating pits/ trenches should be at least at the rate of 6 (Six) cubic metres dimension for every hundred sq. mtrs of roof area.
