               This petition coming on for orders this day, the Court
passed the following:
                            ORDER

Status report stands filed. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh.

2. In my considered opinion accused has right to file successive bail applications and for that purpose no liberty is necessary.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that directions may kindly be issued to trial Court to expedite the trial.

4. Learned Additional Advocate General, submits that case is at advance stage of recording evidence and out of 20 witnesses, 8 .

witnesses have been examined and now case has been fixed for record evidence of prosecution on 19.1.2022.

5. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to learned trial Court to conclude the trial and decide the same expeditiously as possible, subject to the provisions of High Court of Himachal Pradesh Case Flow Management (Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2005 and also keeping in view seniority and pendency of other similarly situated cases.
