9. Delegation of financial powers.
- Under Section 26 of the Act, delegation of powers of administrative sanction of all expenditure from the Fund for the Chief Executive Officer shall be upto ten lakh rupees, subject to any revision by the Board/Government from time to time.Part-VII Miscellaneous Provisions
