Section 9(2)(j) in The West Bengal Factories (Welfare Officers) Rules, 1971

(j)to bring to the notice of workers-

(i)their rights and liabilities under the standing orders of the factory, and

(ii)other rules defining the right and prescribing duties of workers and dealing with discipline, safety and protection of workers and the factory;
