Section 18 in The Gujarat Professional Civil Engineers Act, 2006
18. Surrender of certificate.
- A person whose name has been removed from the register under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 17, or sub-section (2) of section 23, or where such person is dead, his legal representative, as defined in clause (11) of section 2 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, shall forthwith surrender his certificate of practice to the Registrar and the name so removed shall be published in the Official Gazette.
