Instruments other than bills of exchange, cheques, promissory notes, bills of lading, letters of credit, policies of insurance, proxies and receipts, executed in connection with the business of the Rehabilitation Finance Administration constituted under the Rehabilitation Finance Administration Act, 1948 (Central Act XII of 1948).
