1. Petitioner's application under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (henceforth, "Cr.P.C.") had been rejected for want of prosecution by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Champa on 04/07/2013 against which this criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been preferred by her.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, considered his submissions and went through the records with utmost circumspection.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Champa in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
