7. Supply of electrical energy.
- There shall be available in every ship while it is at sea at all reasonable times when it is not in port, a supply of electrical energy sufficient for the operation of the radio direction-finder in accordance with these rules, and for testing purposes, and for the charging of any batteries which are a source of electrical energy for the radio direction-finder.
