20. Procedure for sending samples for test or analysis.
- The samples for analysis shall be sent to the Seed Analyst by himself or by any State Fisheries Department officer authorized by him, by hand in a sealed packet together with a memorandum in Form 111 in an outer cover addressed to the Aquaculture Seed Analyst.
