Section 26(1) in U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Saifai Act, 2005
(1)The Institute shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and shall cause to be prepared an annual statement of accounts including the balance-sheets in such form as may be specified by the State Government by general or special order in this behalf.
