Section 19(3) in The M.P. Janpad Panchayat and Zila Panchayat Standing Committees (Election of Members, Powers and Functions and Term of Members and Procedure for the Conduct of Business) Rules, 1994
(3)If a meeting is not held within ten days from the date of receipt of the said requisition the Chief Executive Officer of the Janpad Panchayat or the Zila Panchayat, as the case may be, shall call such meeting.
