Section 16 in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002
16. Eligibility of candidates.
- No candidate shall be eligible to appear for the entrance test for any professional course unless he possesses such eligibility and qualification as the Government may prescribe for such professional course.
