2 27-08-2025Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. Issue notice to Opposite Party No.2 under both process (Talwana with Goshwara and Speed Post with A/D) for her appearance either in person or through an Advocate to defend her case, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
3. Rule is made returnable on 16.10.2025. In the meantime, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Complaint Case No. 1504 of 2024, pending before the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
