Section 10(11) in Bihar High Schools (Constitution, Powers and Functions of Managing Committee) Rules, 1964
(11)Vacancy in the office of President of Committee shall be filled up by election from amongst themselves by the members of the committee for the time being, in the manner specified in sub-rules (5) to (9).
