Section 103(2) in Jharkhand Panchayat Raj Act, 2001
(2)The State Government -(a)May call for records or registers or other documents in possession of a Panchayat or under its control;(b)May require presentation of returns, plans, estimates, details, accounts or statistics by a Panchayat; and(c)May call for any information from a Panchayat or report appertaining to any of its matters.
