Section 7(2)(c) in The Maharashtra Prevention Of Dangerous Activities Of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug-Offenders, Dangerous Persons And Video Pirates Act, 1981

(c)Notwithstanding anything contained in the said Code, every offence under clause (b) shall be cognizable.
